This utility can be used to apply chi square test for trends, to test whether there is a linear relationship (trend) in the association.

Formula used and other details
Number of levels (rows) in your study (r) Total Number of levels (groups) in your study. (No. of rows. Should be > = 3.)
Number of columns in your table (c) Number of possible outcomes. As it is dichotomous, its value is always equal to 2.
Observed values in your study.
Please enter scores / relative weights for each level in first column. In second and third column, please enter the observations.
Significance level (Alpha or Type I error) % % In percentage. Commonly used values are 5, 1, 10.
