The sequence should be Study ID (Author et al etc), Number of non-exposed in Case Group (Group A), Sample Size in Case Group (Group A), Number of non-exposed in Control Group (Group B), Sample Size in Control Group (Group B), separated by space, tab or comma. Please do not include any space, comma or tab "within" studyID (for example, please do not use "John 2009" or "John, 2009", instead use "John2009" or "John_2009"
