This utility can be used to calculate statistical power gained with available sample size, when your aim is to test whether there is significant difference between more than two proportions. (Test of significance: Chi-Square test of independance).

Formula used and other details
Number of groups (rows) in your study (r) Total Number of groups in your study. (No. of rows. Should be > = 2.)
Number of columns in your table (c) Number of possible subgroups for each group in your study. (No. of Columns)
Observed values in your study.
Observed values in your r x c table.
Confidence Level % In percentage. Commonly used values are 95, 99 and 90. Should be between 0.01 to 99.99.
